With over 20 years as a senior executive at Fortune 500, Silicon Valley tech companies specializing in software, hardware, internet and mobile apps, Babak has grown businesses from millions to billions in revenue. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Stanford Management and Entrepreneurship program, and holds a BSEE/CS from SJSU.

Colby West is an online marketing industry veteran, who joins TapClicks from the related company he founded: ClickFuel, Inc. On a daily basis, Colby focuses on strengthening and expanding TapClicks’ product offerings and works on the strategy and execution of clients' campaigns. Colby plans to keep on pushing the business to become the best digital marketing platform solution in the world.

Michael Lavoie

A marketer’s options for driving engagement and revenue are always evolving, creating both opportunity and confusion. For the past 20 years Michael has been enabling and guiding leading brands and agencies as they execute against their marketing priorities. At TapClicks, Michael is focused on driving client success by enabling insight into marketing performance and the tools necessary to create it. Before joining TapClicks Michael was General Manager of CRM Services eBay Enterprise including mobile, email, data management and analytics. Prior to that Michael held several key leadership roles at Epsilon, including leading Digital Operations and Client Success.

Mark Zahar

Mark Zahar

SVP, Sales

Mark Zahar's experience as entrepreneur, agency executive, and marketing technology sales executive guides his focus and passion for being a strategist at the intersection of marketing and media with technology and data. At TapClicks, Zahar applies his expertise by helping enterprise marketers and media companies assess, plan for, and implement solutions needed to succeed with programmatic technologies and addressable marketing. Zahar comes to TapClicks with a background of executive leadership roles within digital marketing and technology organizations. He joins us from Continuum where he lead the channel sales team. While at Continuum, he built the first ever Marketing Automation platform helping B2B companies build and nurture relationships through a SaaS technology platform and channel specific content. Prior, Mark was a founder and VP of Sales of Prospectiv, a media and analytics firm, and was responsible for the successful sale to Affinion International.

John Hardman

John Hardman

CFO

John Hardman has over 25 years of experience driving growth and reducing financial risks. His long history of managing financials for SaaS companies began in 1998 after a 7 year tenure with the US Department of Energy. His primary professional focus has been financial planning that provides for global growth for technology and computing companies.

Noah Jacobson

Noah Jacobson

VP, Corporate Development

For the last decade, Noah has served as Director of Business & Corporate Development at various Silicon Valley companies in the areas of e-commerce, video analytics, business sales and mobile marketing solutions. His most recent ventures resulted in acquisitions by Nielsen Online Corp and Global Contact Services. Noah is a BA/JD.

Pierre-Luc Soucy

Pierre-Luc Soucy

VP, Analytics Platform Engineering

Pierre-Luc is an experienced software engineer with over 10 years of experience developing increasingly complex applications using the LAMP stack. Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, Pierre-Luc founded his first company when he was 15 and later joined one of his consulting clients full-time to lead a software development team that supported upwards of $30M in online sales. Prior to joining TapClicks, he also co-founded a private sales business and helped lead it to a successful exit. Pierre-Luc holds a B.Eng. in software engineering from Polytechnique Montreal and a Masters in e-commerce from HEC Montreal.

Gary Malhotra

Gary Malhotra

VP, Marketing and Customer Experience

Gary Malhotra is responsible for strategic marketing, product marketing, corporate marketing, pricing and packaging, demand generation, digital content, partner marketing, analyst relations, web-site and sales acceleration at TapClicks. He has 20 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising Operations at Ivalua, Ariba, Accenture Interactive, IBM, Deloitte and Tata. Gary has launched and marketed 8 Cloud solutions, sold $470M in SaaS / BPO, managed a $150M P&L, and 15 alliances. He is an MBA from the University of Illinois and Asian Institute of Management.

Syed Ahmed

VP, Technology

Syed is a technology leader with around 20 years of experience in building eCommerce and reporting software that powers some of the largest online retailers in the world, and is used by millions of consumers every day. He specializes in building scalable software, distributing software architectures and applying big data analytics to synthesize complex real world problems. Before TapClicks, he was working on big data and analytics for FICO, and had products serving Walmart and Amazon.

Brianne helps get the integrations you want into TapAnalytics, and helps keeps the ones already there in tip-top shape. She's been working on such projects for media and publisher partners for the better part of a decade -- managing the technical conversations and working with data vendors based on strategic and/or partner requirements.

Pascal Brisset

Pascal Brisset

Director, Front End Engineering

Pascal is a full stack developer, but his area of expertise and passion is everything having to do with UI & UX. From designing layout mockups pixel by pixel in Photoshop to coding exciting, engaging and thoughtful front end experiences on JavaScript frameworks. He is truly driven by design and rich user experiences. In his spare time, Pascal is constantly soaking his creative side on dribbble.com and staying up to date with design trends and best practices on smashingmagazine.com and their design publications.

Zachary Jarvinen

Zachary Jarvinen

Director, Product Marketing

Zachary brings over ten years experience using data-driven analysis, ``growth-hacking`` techniques, and product marketing execution for both startups and Global Fortune 500 companies. Most famously, he was a part of the digital team credited for electing the President in 2008. Since, Zachary has consulted for the U.S. Embassy in London, driven 30x growth for a Mobile App, and helped EPSON expand in Latin America with his fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and French. He holds an MBA/MSc from UCLA Anderson and the London School of Economics.

Art brings over 10 years of experience in customer support and user experience to TapClicks. He spent the past decade working at high-growth start ups establishing scalable processes and leveraging user feedback to improve customer experience. Prior to joining TapClicks, Art was Head of Customer Support at Tango, where he built and scaled a world-class team which supported over 330 million users worldwide.

Head of Quality Engineering

Eugene brings over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing to the company. Over that time, he has lead and optimized professional services, UAT processes, and technical support teams. Eugene spent the last four years at Google, where he lead testing teams for multiple projects. He's excited to bring his Google mentality to TapClicks.
