With over 20 years as a senior executive at Fortune 500, Silicon Valley tech companies specializing in software, hardware, internet and mobile apps, Babak has grown businesses from millions to billions in revenue. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Stanford Management and Entrepreneurship program, and holds a BSEE/CS from SJSU.
Colby West is an online marketing industry veteran, who joins TapClicks from the related company he founded: ClickFuel, Inc. On a daily basis, Colby focuses on strengthening and expanding TapClicks’ product offerings and works on the strategy and execution of clients' campaigns. Colby plans to keep on pushing the business to become the best digital marketing platform solution in the world.
As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Thompson leads financial strategy and execution for TapClicks, focused on building the teams and infrastructure to support rapid expansion. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology, with a strong background in scaling enterprise SaaS companies. Previously, Kevin served as CFO of Selligent, a global SaaS business in the marketing automation space. He was also CFO for Elastica (acquired by Blue Coat), HEAT Software (acquired by Clearlake Capital), and Vitria Technology. Kevin has a BS in engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia.
For the last decade, Noah has served as Director of Business & Corporate Development at various Silicon Valley companies in the areas of e-commerce, video analytics, business sales and mobile marketing solutions. His most recent ventures resulted in acquisitions by Nielsen Online Corp and Global Contact Services. Noah is a BA/JD.
Pierre-Luc is an experienced software engineer with over 10 years of experience developing increasingly complex applications using the LAMP stack. Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, Pierre-Luc founded his first company when he was 15 and later joined one of his consulting clients full-time to lead a software development team that supported upwards of $30M in online sales. Prior to joining TapClicks, he also co-founded a private sales business and helped lead it to a successful exit. Pierre-Luc holds a B.Eng. in software engineering from Polytechnique Montreal and a Masters in e-commerce from HEC Montreal.
Regan is responsible for leading TapClicks’ Enterprise Customer Success team focused on building customer relationships and making them as successful as possible. Regan has been in the tech, media and digital marketing space for more than 25 years. She has managed digital sales and account management teams and knows first-hand the value of providing data-driven insights to businesses on their marketing efforts to build their business. Regan comes to TapClicks after serving in executive leadership roles at Yahoo, Digital First Media, DevCon, AutoWeb and Dialog.
Daryl McNutt is Senior Vice President, Marketing for TapClicks, with responsibility for development and execution of growth initiatives for the company's marketing operations platform. A seasoned, dynamic and well-accomplished senior executive with over 20 years experience in digital technology and advertising, Daryl brings to TapClicks a combination of talents across marketing, analytics, research and business intelligence and a history of leadership at innovative startups, large agencies and top consumer brands. Prior to joining TapClicks, Daryl served in leadership roles at companies including Drawbridge, BrightRoll, comScore and Specific Media. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Mark Zahar's experience as entrepreneur, agency executive, and marketing technology sales executive guides his focus and passion for being a strategist at the intersection of marketing and media with technology and data. At TapClicks, Zahar applies his expertise by helping enterprise marketers and media companies assess, plan for, and implement solutions needed to succeed with programmatic technologies and addressable marketing. Zahar comes to TapClicks with a background of executive leadership roles within digital marketing and technology organizations. He joins us from Continuum where he lead the channel sales team. While at Continuum, he built the first ever Marketing Automation platform helping B2B companies build and nurture relationships through a SaaS technology platform and channel specific content. Prior, Mark was a founder and VP of Sales of Prospectiv, a media and analytics firm, and was responsible for the successful sale to Affinion International.
Michael Rosner is responsible for worldwide sales of all Tapclicks mar-tech platform offerings. A verteran of digital advertising, Mike brings 20 years experience working for companies including DoubleClick, Eyewonder, Pointroll, Sizmek and Forensiq running global and North American sales teams. Michael spent time studying at Northeastern University and graduated from Arizona State University.
Mark is responsible for reporting solutions and data products at TapClicks. He is an experienced entrepreneur, software executive, and hands-on product manager. Mark has founded and sold multiple companies - most recently Megalytic to TapClicks. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA from MIT.
Marielle Smith is the Vice President of People Success at TapClicks. She brings over 20 years of talent acquisition, HR and business operations experience to her role where she leads TapClicks' global People Success team, which includes talent acquisition and management, organization design and people operations. Smith’s role is instrumental in fostering the growth of TapClicks’ culture of innovation and performance that supports the company’s long term growth and success. Her professional passions include in-depth compensation analysis, the development of high-performance culture programs, and nurturing inclusive leadership. Before joining TapClicks, Smith was the VP, people and culture, at Science Exchange, and held other leadership HR roles at companies like GoodHire, Apigee and News Digital Media (Newscorp). She has a diverse background that also includes marketing, documentary film-making and academia, as both a scholar and teacher. Smith holds a BA from UC Irvine (summa cum laude), Ph.D. and Master's degrees from Harvard University.
