The People Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for navigating the landscape of people performance. In partnership with People Operations leadership, this person will consult regularly with business leaders across the TapClicks organization to develop programming, policies and practices to scale our teams’ performance. A top performer for this role will be a proactive influencer who can balance the needs of our employees with our lofty business objectives.

What you’ll do:

Be a trusted advisor to leadership, managers and individual contributors

  • Support the embedding of our business strategies throughout the organization

  • Execute a full range of People Operations (Human Resources) responsibilities including employee lifecycle analysis, succession planning, and identification of developmental opportunities

  • Champion employee development and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the creation of both corporate and individual development plans

  • Contribute to the strategic charter of the overall People Operations strategy in partnership with leadership

  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues which may require a thorough and objective investigation when necessary

  • Assist leadership cross-functionally with the development of employee performance and compensation reviews

  • Interpret our People policies to positively reinforce or course-correct behaviors


What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years with progressive People/HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience and comfort in a high-growth environment with a desire to engage broadly across a business growing in scale, complexity, and geography
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to people operations and employee management (workers comp, federal / state employment laws, immigration laws, etc.)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • A data-centric mindset with the ability to assess trends and drive productivity
  • Expertise in employee lifecycle development preferred
  • Effective oral and written communicator who feels comfortable driving conversations with a range of individuals both in and out of the organization
