Description

Are you a Senior Sales and Marketing Operations expert that understands business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data, and reporting? Do you possess a strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Pardot and their use, and have experience implementing various aspects of the platforms. Our Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager is typically involved in multiple engagements, such as:

  • Coordinating and complete projects
  • Defining timelines, and track and communicate progress
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Facilitate business process reviews to define requirements
  • Lead solution design efforts
  • Oversee and participate in the build and test cycles
  • Manage data migration/handling and integrations
  • Prepare and deliver training

The role is ideal for a team player who can effectively manage projects and resources while contributing to the vision and growth of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and IT managing the Salesforce & Pardot platform
  • Help create engagement studios and work with the sales team on the CRM side providing training and guidance
  • Implementing changes and improvements to Salesforce instances, including building processes around pricing, products and general best practices for work-flow
  •  Put together reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales pipe and campaign analysis
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements for existing tooling and processes (Lead and Opportunity lifecycles) and new features offered in each Salesforce major release
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT and other key stakeholders
  • Operating with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager
  • Effectively facilitating meetings and interact with executive-level project sponsors
  • Analyzing information to write
    • Business Process Diagrams
    • Requirements Definition
    • Solution Design
    • Data Models
    • Project Plans
    • Sensitivity analysis around commission and sales plans

Requirements 

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred with the willingness to obtain further certifications
  • Pardot certification preferred with the willingness to obtain further certifications as they are introduced
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently 

Nice to have

  • Background in Digital Marketing or Advertising Operations
  • Enterprise sales and/or SaaS sales experience communicating at the C-Level
  • Entrepreneurial, start-up mindset with the ability to adapt to changes. Mid side sales teams (50 - 100)
  • Startup mentality
