Overview

Our Talent Acquisition Manager, based in either San Jose, California or Hyderabad, India, will lead and manage our recruiting team consisting of 2-4 experienced recruiters. The ideal candidate will have the mindset to hunt and be relentless; ultimately this role is a primary agent of growth for our company. You’ll be a player-coach, responsible for coaching and mentoring recruiters, refining our recruiting processes for the high-growth phase the company is experiencing, and personally recruiting senior leadership positions in the company.

  • Deliver a best-in-the-world hiring experience to the following stakeholders:
    • Candidates
    • Hiring Managers
    • Business Stakeholders
    • Recruiters
  • Contribute to and lead various Talent Acquisition initiatives that are in support of our vision and enable global scale and long-term success.
  • Partner with business leaders and the People team to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics.
  • Manage a small team who owns finding, assessing, and closing all levels of candidates.
  • Interact with recruiting teams and leadership from multiple global locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing.
  • Develop innovative ways to meet TapClicks' constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.

Requirements/Experience/Education:

  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
  • Workforce planning experience
  • Experience scaling a team through tremendous growth periods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant degree; or equivalent knowledge, experience, and skills to perform the job proficiently
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem solving, root-cause analysis skills required
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge to a usable or understandable terminology to the recruiting and operations teams
  • Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data
  • Ability to prepare reports based on data analysis and present to management
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Organized and able to multi-task well
  • Display strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
