The Role:

TapClicks is looking for a Content, Influencer and Partner Marketing Manager/ Sr. Manager to develop and execute our influencer marketing, Partner and Content strategies and social campaigns. The perfect candidate must have deep experience identifying and engaging with influencers in the Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, AdTech, MarTech, Business Intelligence SaaS spaces; have expertise managing influencer outreach programs; have worked prior in a Partner marketing role, executed social and viral marketing campaigns, be a natural networker and relationship builder; and have an eye for creating compelling, on-brand content.

She/He will be responsible for cultivating and managing our influencer and partner campaigns and related events, as well as developing relationships with influencers an partners across all social platforms. This dynamic person will be culturally attuned and know how to uncover emerging trends and influential talent. They will have experience strategizing innovative ways to leverage influencers to grow brands and will have the ability to constantly evolve our approach.

Essential Functions

1.Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers across multiple digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, blogs, and more 


2.Constantly network with both established and up-and-coming influencers that are the perfect fit with the TapClicks brand 


3.Work with our top Marketplace partners to drive join webinars, blogs, case studies, events, mentions, back-links, press releases 


4.Research, gather, curate, create, get mentiond in and re-purpose compelling content in our space and raise our visibility in the marketplace 


5.Craft quality pitches that effectively communicate TapClicks unique value propositions 


6.Manage all influencer projects from start to finish 


7.Define, track, and own the KPIs for our influencer initiatives 


8.Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers 


9.Collaborate with internal teams (comms, marketing, and creative) to plan and execute campaigns 


Requirements

1. 2-5 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media marketing, or business development 


2. 2-5 years experience in Partner Marketing 


3. 2-5 years in Content and Social media marketing 


4. Bachelor's degree 


5. Excellent understanding of the influencer space and how an influencer program can complement 
communications and the broader marketing team 


6. An expert at identifying trending accounts and social media trends 


7. You are a social maven and live and breathe for networking; not only do you have relationships 
and work experience with bloggers and influencers, but you might be an influencer yourself 


8. Excellent project management skills with an eye for details, including drafting contracts, 
negotiating fees, collaborating with team members to execute, and following through 


9. Ability to tell compelling stories and sell ideas to influencers & internally 


  1.  Event management experience 

  2. Flawless communication, writing, project management, relationship building, and cross-functional 
collaboration skills 

  3. Experience working in or for a Digital Ad Agency, Media company, Ad/MAr Tech provider, BI 
SaaS provider is preferred 

  4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming languages is preferred 

  5. Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Digital Marketing, Marketing 
Reporting, Marketing Analytics & Dashboards, Marketing Operations Management, Media Company / Publisher Sales/ Account Management/ Operations, Advertising Agency Sales/ Account Management/ Operations, Hyper Local Marketing, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, Programmatic Marketing
