TapClicks is hiring an Instructional Designer to lead the development of creative and engaging coursework. This role is responsible for teaching both internal and external teams about the TapClicks product portfolio. Working with the Director of Product Education and Subject Matter Experts across the organization, you will prioritize, create, and deliver coursework to drive business growth. Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus. Experience with modern content development software such as SkillJar, Articulate 360, or similar is desired.

The Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the prioritization of projects
  • Create certificates and proficiency courses
  • Partner with SMEs to develop content outlines
  • Develop customer-facing educational content for the LMS
  • Measure and report on the performance of training content

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience managing curriculum development or accreditation programs
  • Experience developing blended learning models to match the appropriate methods with the subject matter
  • Experience developing LMS content
  • Experience creating certificate and proficiency programs 
  • Ability to travel to visit customers and conferences for workshop-based training (approximately 10% travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience leading the design and develop world-class training and learning programs
  • Familiarity with digital marketing
  • Experience in an enterprise software development organization
