Account Executive


Department: Sales

As a member of our sales team you will be responsible for presenting TapClicks product offerings in the best light to prospects and customers, for evoking confidence in our technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. This includes understanding the needs of perspective customers’ businesses and translating those needs into a demonstration of TapClicks functional and technical capabilities, managing pilot implementation projects, and working with sales team to communicate differentiated messaging in proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer goals and challenges and establish TapClicks product as the best solution available.
  • Manage all technical aspects of a complex sell in conjunction with experienced field personnel.
  • Present TapClicks technology infrastructure, security and roadmap.
  • Respond effectively to RFIs, RFPs, and prospects’ technical diligence questions. 
  • Close Business.  
Job Requirements
  • Passion to sell
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to solve business and technical problems
  • Understanding of marketing and SaaS solutions 
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment, along with managing and closing a pipeline.
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
  • Entrepreneurial experience and attitude
  • Handle details accurately and in a timely manner
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of related applications, SaaS based analytics solutions, relational databases, and web technology
