The Role:

TapClicks Marketing and Customer Experience team is looking for an experienced growth hacker Director to help us scale our business. As the growth hacking lead you will generate demand for our service (increased leads, deals, and revenue) via creative uses of technology and marketing, and rational data-backed decision making. You will be working with a multifunctional team (product, development, and marketing) to come up with growth ideas such as: Product enabled growth hacks; Cross promotional strategies; PR and social media hacks; Influencer marketing; Online paid acquisition; App store promotion and search; Google Search; Grassroots marketing; and Other exploitative growth hacks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has been a part of growing a company from 50 to 500 people - and would like to get back to an earlier stage entrepreneurial environment with greater ownership and less bureaucracy. This role reports directly to the VP-Marketing & Customer Experience and is a high priority hire.


Job Responsibilities

This is a multi-faceted role, with the following key responsibilities

  1. Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, apps etc.

  2. Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)

  3. Identify and optimize growth channels.

  4. Scaling and Automating the growth processes.

  5. Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.

  6. Choosing KPIs and metrics to focus on along with the other department leads.

  7. Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.

  8. A/B testing those ideas.

  9. Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.

  10. Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other leads in order to present results and make the sales and marketing process more effective.


Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. To be a successful Growth Marketer you will have some experience working in the digital marketing arena, but product marketing, development, and/or data science skills will make you a cut above the rest.

  1. Being social and understanding users’ behavior. Having great customer relations skills.

  2. Willing to learn.

  3. Having a startup mindset.

  4. A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience

  5. Some Product marketing experience

  6. Content marketing + editing and copywriting skills

  7. Graphic design skills are a big plus

  8. Medium level web programming skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and web tools configuration (CMS, CRM etc)

  9. Not being scared of pivoting

  10. Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing

  11. Being performance and results-oriented

  12. Being curious and creative

  13. Being relentless in pursuit of growth

  14. Having experience with growth hackings tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor,, WalkMe, Pendo
