1. Sponsor
The TapClicks Adflo Partner Webinar Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TapClicks, Inc., 3031 Tisch Way Suite 1002, San Jose, CA 95128 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, partners (including Adflo, Bridge, and Fieldstream), advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins November 18, 2025 and ends December 4, 2025(the “Promotion Period”). The live webinar drawing will be held Decenber 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM PDT. Entries must be received prior to the start of the live drawing.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by registering for and attending the live TapClicks Adflo Partner Webinar via the official registration link provided by Sponsor.
Participants may also receive one (1) bonus entry by inviting a friend to register through the provided “invite-a-friend” mechanism.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without attending or inviting a friend, send an email to legal@tapclicks.com with the subject line “Adflo Webinar Sweepstakes Entry,” including your full name, email address, and phone number. AMOE entries must be received by December 3, 2025.
Limit one (1) entry per person plus one (1) bonus entry via friend invitation during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted live during the webinar from among all eligible entries received. To be eligible, participants must be present (logged in) during the live webinar at the time of the drawing.
The potential winner(s) will be announced live and contacted by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Grand Prize Package (Approximate Retail Value $40,000):

If the winning entrant was referred by a friend, that referrer will also receive the Grand Prize Package.
