"I'm not happy"
What do you dislike?
It takes forever to load, and that's if it actually loads. I've let it run for over an hour with no results. Then I hit refresh and wait another 1/2 hour. Then I just give up and log out.

"Buggy and Difficult to Use"

- PDF reports didn't look presentable
- Emails to clients not getting sent out
- Very difficult to configure reports
I could barely use the platform because of the bugs in the platform. The slowness has been a real issue. Also, there were a lot of UI bugs and data discrepancies that rendered the platform useless for me.

Too buggy and I couldn't use it for my purpose. The reports I generated had bugs and my clients were not satisfied by the platform, unfortunately.

"Scammers - do not trust"
What do you dislike?
Besides our numbers being wrong from what we see in platform, their customer service is poor. We had a dedicated rep and when he left we were told we just got to use general support going forward. Additionally, they are now trying to rope us into a year-long contract based on auto-renewal when another team member at NC told us we could cancel after 3 months. Absurd.

"Good idea, very bad execution"
What do you dislike?
Frequent major bugs that make reports unusable. They recently implemented a backend change that brought down all of our reports for a week. There are regularly smaller bugs that break specific features of reports or make the numbers inaccurate. The UI for creating reports is clunky and lacks basic features like correctly aligning elements or selecting and formatting multiple elements.

"Overpriced for their "roadmap" and not what they actually deliver"
What do you dislike?
Data
- The capabilities are very limited, especially if you want to manipulate data
- Their connectors are far from complete so, for example, if you want some basic Facebook data you will need to schedule daily emails which won't be parsed until EOD, making this far from real-time
Visualization
- Editing in the backend of NinjaCat is what I imagine using the very first version of PowerPoint ever made would be like
- You can get to your end result, but it is unbelievably complicated and not user-friendly to get there, especially when free tools like Data Studio exist with SUBSTANTIALLY better visualization capabilities
Price
- If this was an all-in-one data and visualization tool it would still be pretty expensive, but the data use case pales in comparison to true data tools like Funnel
- So using this primarily for visualization, compared to much better (and free) tools like Data Studio, there is just no way to justify the price point for this tool
This platform is probably ok for agencies/brands who are very data remedial and want a quick way to get 101 data into a dashboard without it needing to look great

"Would not recommend. SUPER SLOW"
What do you dislike?
We have been using it for about a year and a half. We have been just trying to get reports to load. They load slow, and when say slow meaning 10-15 minutes to load a report and many times they timeout and never load at all. Support thinks we should change the format and a few other things, so we did that, and it still does not work, so they offered to build them for us and still same issues. Sitting in meetings with a client and taking 10-15 minutes to get a basic report 1-page report to load or it will never load at all makes this $60,000 plus we gave them an actual waste of our time and money. We have over $60,000 and over 250 hours of our time to have a product that adds no value to our business. We moved back to our previous provider that does not have as many features, but more features are useless if they do not work.
