Description

The TapClicks Platform Enablement Team’s mission is to deliver high quality and effective platform on-boarding and implementation. Success is measured by on-time client go-lives,  high customer satisfaction, and long term retention. TapClicks is growing rapidly and is a fast-paced exciting place to work where customer success is a strong focus.

The Associate Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting client on-boarding and implementation projects for TapClicks Enterprise customers delivering high-quality customer experience and engaging appropriate cross-functional resources to deliver on the solution. This role will require strong customer service, communication and organization skills along with some business analysis background and technical acumen. 
 

Responsibilities

  • The document, implement and test workflows, dashboards and other business requirements with direction from Implementation Lead
  • Executes configuration and on-boarding tasks in support of Enterprise implementations.
  • Provides support and analysis for reported client issues during implementation
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. 
  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in scoping projects and/or developing proposals. 
     

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related areas
  • Strong customer service skills and technical aptitude
  • Desired requirement: Background in Digital Marketing or Advertising Operations 
  • Ability to travel 25% domestically
