We are seeking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our team. This role will execute the Documentation requirements across TapClicks, we need a senior Technical Writer who can both contribute to the creation of content while also advising on the strategic direction of documentation priorities.
Candidate must be creative, technical, and passionate about writing quality documentation. The ideal candidate must have experience producing content for Content Management Systems. Optimally the need is to create technical support CMS documentation and document CMS workflows / use cases and processes that change over time.


  • Organize, review, and write Knowledge Base articles for clarity and messaging across multiple brands and CMS platforms
  • Manage documentation backlog and develop implementation efficiencies to handle requests from across the organization
  • Lead the organization, standardization, and publication of release notes for all TapClicks brands for both internal and external audiences
  • Lead content migrations, including participating in requirements development and selection process for new CMS platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing to create templates, style guides, and standard processes for multiple brands' documentation
  • Track revisions and develop a content governance solution to make sure documentation remains relevant and accurate for our users


  • 4+ years of experience writing technical documentation for Digital Marketing business unit and developer audiences preferred
  • Proven track record of writing clear, concise, effective technical and web producer user flow/use cases documentation
  • Self-learner with the ability to elicit information through research and other sources
  • Ability to rapidly comprehend technical concepts, use cases
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
