About the Role / Key Responsibilities

Our Primary tasks would include

  • Define and manage the product roadmap. delivering new products, functionalities and features to meet product metrics and goals.
  • Be the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development.
  • Evangelize product with customers both internal and external and take ownership of end to end functionality to ensure the success of the product.


  • Create and manage product roadmaps by balancing the needs of the customers and the stakeholders
  • Work with engineering and customer facing teams to prioritize features and backlog items
  • Asses competition through competitor research and stay ahead of the curve
  • Manage the product team, including coaching, planning and monitoring
  • Come up with product workflows and wireframes
  • Design/wire frame the onboarding flows for the features in the product
  • Work with analytics team to generate the data that the internal teams need
  • Work closely with Customer Services, Sales and Marketing teams to help identify trends and new business opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Experience of designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wireframes and mockups.
  • Ability to manage the product life-cycle
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to work in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS  in a technical field or MBA
  • Familiarity with a Self-serve B2B/ B2B/ C2C/ eCommerce SaaS application affording a sense of Self-serve business models
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
